Our Commitment to Care
Commitment to unsurpassed patient care is reflected in every aspect of the Alexander Eye Institute, from our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility to our supportive and knowledgeable staff.
Designed exclusively for vision correction, our practice includes two fully equipped facilities; the Alexander Eye Institute is dedicated to LASIK laser vision correction and the Alexander Surgery Center is a Medicare certified Ambulatory Surgery Center for lens implant procedures such as PermaClear® Sight Restoration and Cataract Extractions. Each part features a viewing room where family members or friends can request in advance to view the procedure. Other comfortable waiting areas and patient recovery rooms, and an attractive décor create a welcoming environment where you’ll feel at ease.
All our medical assistants and nurses have been selected and personally trained by Dr. Alexander to deliver the highest level of care possible – before, during and after your procedure. In addition, our support staff includes financial counselors who will help you understand the affordable options we offer.
Our focus is on your comfort and safety, from your first visit to the follow-up care after your procedures. In all we do, our goal is to ensure that your vision is the best it can be – and that your experience here is always exceptional.
“As Medical Director of the Alexander Eye Institute, I am personally committed to assuring that you receive the highest level of care available; care that includes today’s advanced vision correction techniques delivered with a genuine concern for your well-being. This commitment is shared by every member of my staff. I feel privileged that you have entrusted me with your vision, and I will strive to exceed your expectations by giving you the finest care possible, from the first time we meet and for years to come.
I have seen, firsthand, the wonderful changes this technology has brought to the lives of thousands of people. For this reason, I have dedicated my energy and skill exclusively to vision correction.”
